The Tuesday Night Menu will be pre selected and ready each Tuesday.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the coordinator, Betsy Kuhlmann on several items.
A. Head Count (online to Betsy and your cell phone)
B. Getting assistants for the night, answer questions.
C. Light sterno and heat food. Make coffee, if desired.
D. Decorate according to your theme.
E. Collect per head charge
F. Getting Dessert.
G. Clean dining room and bar area. (Bus Boy)
H. Tip bartender.
I. Run a 50 / 50 raffle to help with expenses.
J. Write down the night's receipts, pay Ludwigs and give the rest to Betsy.
