2012 Communion/Graduation reservations will be accepted with deposit NOW!

**** '12 Communion Booking procedure: ****

To secure a date in May or June '13, please send a formal request with $500. deposit to the BHYC by 9/15/12 By Oct., all requests and deposits will be "registered" and those hosts will have first option on those special dates. Once the area churches announce the final '13 communion dates and graduation dates are determined in October '13, the Catering Manager will contact those hosts basis on the club senority rules to select an available date.

Other clubmembers bookings for 2012 will be accepted 1 year in advance. All other inquiries for 2012 will be accepted 10 months in advance .... for '12-'13. If 2 or more members would like to book the same day/time then that day will be reserved for only 1 member in accordance with the seniority rules of the club.

* If the church announces the communion dates earlier than expected - all hosts will be contacted.
* The club does encourage "joint" parties !
* A deposit is the only way to secure a calendar date !
* The first deposit accepted will secure that date !
* It's your responsibility, not the club or the catering managers, to make deposit arrangements.
